Cynotilapia afra is a dwarf mbuna. The afra pictured below was purchased from the LFS and is from an unknown location. The people at Cichlid-Forum seem to think the location is Chinuni, Mozambique.

As you can see the female isn't much to look at. But it is the females that keep the male exited and looking good.
